Other Yoga Classes

I have practised yoga for several years following a car accident and continual neck and back problems. With regular yoga practice I live an almost pain-free life... Suzanne has a relaxed style of teaching, and is able to adapt her style to the different groups, so that everyone has an enjoyable time and really feels the benefit.

I feel the stress of the day drain away. I feel like I've just had a bit of a workout and stretch without the grunt and sweat. I am calmer and more able to cope with whatever comes next. I sleep like a baby afterwards. It is time for me to relax without feeling guilty and do something that is good for me physically, emotionally and spiritually.
