Suzanne was my first choice to help recovery from major surgery and coping with the treatment that followed, showing me the way to exercise my body, to breathe mindfully and to quieten my mind, as well as teaching new ways of listening to what was best for my mind, my body and my spirit.

I have osteogenesisimperfecta (brittle bones) and found other sports too risky ... I have enjoyed yoga with Suzanne as it is low impact and improves my muscle strength. In Suzanne's class the atmosphere is non competitive and everyone works at their own ability level... I have even got my sister to come along with me. She too is a fan.
