Other Yoga Classes

I have osteogenesisimperfecta (brittle bones) and found other sports too risky ... I have enjoyed yoga with Suzanne as it is low impact and improves my muscle strength. In Suzanne's class the atmosphere is non competitive and everyone works at their own ability level... I have even got my sister to come along with me. She too is a fan.

I come to yoga to relax and find it improves my posture and flexibility and also promotes a general feeling of wellbeing. Suzanne's style of yoga and her calming voice allow me to escape and recharge. It is time for myself.
