Yoga with Suzanne

Not only has yoga sorted out the head and neck pains I get from sitting behind the wheel so much with work, but it is also fantastic for clearing and refreshing the mind. Often towards the end of class, solutions to problems or ideas to explore come to mind. Yoga makes me feel more resilient and creative in my professional life and more relaxed and centred in my personal life.

Having had two hip replacements I wasn't sure that I would be able to do yoga when a friend recommended it to me. However, I thought I would give it a go - and what a difference it has made to my confidence and my flexibility... now I can do nearly all of the exercises, and if there is something I am unhappy with, Suzanne shows me another way of doing it. I really would recommend Suzanne's classes.
